Cooking Class Guidelines:
- Seating is limited to 16, Five Course Dinner, Wine sold by the bottle
- We recommend closed-toed shoes and pulling long hair back.
- Our classes are hands-on, we recommend leaving your jewelry at home. If you must wear it and you do remove it, we are not responsible for loss of personal items during class time
- You will be in a working kitchen, remember, the knives are sharp and there is open fire and while we take every precaution regarding safety we are not responsible for injury. You are a student of the classes and our guest for dinner
- We work closely with our chefs to prepare each cooking class menu. Because this is a group class, special requests / dietary preferences cannot be accommodated. We encourage you to try each dish as it is prepared.
- While we wish it was not necessary, we do have a cancellation policy. If you must cancel, we will refund the full amount or give you credit for another class up to 48 hours before the scheduled class. If cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the class, credit can be given only if we are able to fill your space in the class.
